For Bose, Osborne Macharia did what he does best: built an entire world centered around the product. This project spans two chapters and multiple colorways, each one designed to feel distinct while still living in the same visual universe. The headphones stay front and center, but the surrounding details, color, light, and texture are doing some quiet heavy lifting.

A big part of the challenge was making each colorway feel truly its own, not just different, but thoughtfully so, all within real world constraints of time and budget. Osborne pushed the world building through art direction, lighting, and carefully placed foreground elements that add depth and atmosphere without ever stealing focus from the product. It’s bold, artful, and incredibly intentional.

As Osborne puts it, “The ideation was a collaboration between myself and the Bose team. Their vision was clear, and my role was to push deeper into the details for each colourway and bring everything into one harmonious composition.”
