Your brief. Our obsession. From talent to delivery.
A decade
in the making.
All In is an independent, women-owned artist representation and production company based in New York, working with brands and agencies around the world. We were founded in 2018 by Cali Alberico, who’s spent almost 20 years in this industry, more than a decade of it as an agency producer at BBDO New York and Digitas Health.
She loved that work, but she kept coming back to a simple belief: connecting the right people changes everything, for the work and for the artists building careers behind it.
Every photographer and director on the roster is someone we’d stake our reputation on, chosen for their talent and for how they show up: on set, on calls, and long after the job wraps. Together with Cali, they set the tone for how our crew and clients are treated.
From day one, Cali has grown this company alongside longtime friends and partners Matt Coogan and Darren Jordan of DCOY Studios and Space28. Together, they’ve built All In into a magnet for creative energy, with a culture that reflects their friendship: rooted in honesty, with a deep love and respect for collaboration.
In 2023, Cali launched Tracksuit Productions. After years of producing on the agency side and supporting our artists on set, production felt like a natural extension of what we were already doing. Alongside representation, we now offer full production support. It’s how we’ve grown into a fuller partner for the people we work with.
Great work. Good people. No BS.
